esp8266 not responding AT

I wired my ESP-01 to my CH340 USB converter like in



ESP8266-01 not responding to AT commands



I have also flashed several AT firmware on it but it still does not respond my AT commands.



Only after reseting it sends boot message:



 ets Jan  8 2013,rst cause:2, boot mode:(3,6)

load 0x40100000, len 1856, room 16
tail 0
chksum 0xef
load 0x00000000, len 0, room 8
tail 0
chksum 0xef
load 0x00000000, len 0, room 0
tail 0
chksum 0xef
csum 0xef
csum err

  • reset cause 2 is reset by reset pin. is it pulled HIGH?
