single click then copy one line and paste

Is there one tool that can be used to save a serial command steps for one job?

For example: I create a file name checkApp1Log.job, it contains 5 lines:

ssh root@jumphost
pass1
ssh user@host1
pass2
tail -f /var/log/app1/app1.log

Now I'am working in terminal.

I use this useful tool to open checkApp1Log.job. This tool stays on top of terminal. Then I single click one line in this tool the line text is auto copied and pasted to the terminal.

That could save my life.

I've found the PopClip tool, But not as my wish.
