sql stored procedure with r in sql server database project

0

I am trying to use Machine Learning Services offered with SQL Server 2017 in a sql server database project. When I try to create a:

sql stored procedure with r

I get:

An unexpected exception was encountered. The project was not created.

Should I just use a 'normal' stored procedure? Can I update the sql server database project capability of my visual studio enterprise 2017, as I also do not seem to see an option for:

sql stored procedure with python
