I use Windows 10

So basically,
Whenever I use my mouse pen/graphics tablet (HUION H610 PRO), the mouse pen works like a normal mouse with pen pressure, like what it's supposed to be doing, but, I've encountered a problem.

Now, after a while after I use my mouse pen, the pointer will disappear (If I'm not using the pen), If I am using/hovering the pen, a small white dot - kind of like a diamond shape - with a black outline appears. The problem isn't the appearance, when it happens, the pen pressure doesn't work on every single drawing program. I cant click and drag on text and an on-screen keyboard appears when I click on a text box. This one feature seems useful though, when I click and drag on the web page, I can scroll up and down. I assume this feature is touchscreen because of it's features and I can't turn it off.

Any help?
The picture.
