Site Administration drop-down menu not opening in Moodle Admin

0

I am stuck with an issue in my Moodle admin. The issue is when I click on the Site Administration this opens a dropdown like below image:-

Site Administration Dropdown

But this same site Administration drop-down is giving me an error for the same application over UAT. The drop-down keeps loading and never opens up.
Please see below image for the error received:-

Site administration dropdown in UAT

The error in the console says:- Devtools failed to parse SourceMap:- http://xx.xx.xx.xx/abc/lib/requirejs.php/-1/core/popper.es5.js.map

On Clicking this link in the console error a program file which is a part of Moodle opens in the browser.

I tried a number a ways to resolve it:-

1- I copied this program file and placed it in my UAT code. But the issue here was requirejs.php is a program file inside lib directory and not a directory itself and subsequent directories in the link of the console are not in Production as well. I created them in UAT and then placed the program file there. But this doesn't work as well.
2- There was a vague solution over the Internet which says that Hard Cache reloads the error will disappear.
3- Another way on the Internet was to disable Javascript in your Browser which didn't work as well.

I, therefore, request you guys to further help me with this.

KIndly let me know if I didn't make it clear.

Thanks in Advance!!
