Creating a new Android Studio project with a basic Activity gives this error:

Could not resolve all files for configuration ':app:androidApis'.
Failed to transform file 'android.jar' to match attributes
{artifactType=android-mockable-jar, returnDefaultValues=false} using
transform MockableJarTransform Cannot create mockable android.jar
invalid distance too far back

I cant run/debug the app also look on the picture the Build meny is not right.

I have tried everything, reinstalled Android Studio, clean project, Invalidate cache...

I have many older Android Studio project that opens, build and run ok, it´s only when creating a new project like this using the wizard

Any idea? Maybe I need to to reinstall computer but hope not

Adding and image:

When I do Make project from the build menu I get this

Android resource linking failed Output: W/ziparchive( 7860): Zip:
didn't find signature at start of lfh, offset=2318978 error: failed to
open APK: Invalid offset.
