How to install PDFminer package in anaconda inspite of the following error?

0

I am using the anaconda enviroment to write the python code for extracting text from PDF files. I used the following code to install the PDF miner package through the anaconda Prompt:

conda install -c conda-forge/label/cf201901 pdfminer

However, I am unable to install it and get the following error:

UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found to be in conflict:
- jupyterlab_server
- pdfminer
Use "conda info <package>" to see the dependencies for each package.

Please help.

  • If you don't need jupyterlab_server, you could remove it using conda remove jupyterlab_server.
