htaccess force to redirect more than one link

I started to move my website to https its not an wordpress or something like that so it little hard. when I put this code in htaccess the redirect not do anything:



RewriteRule http://www.domain.co.il/folder/file.php https://www.domain.co.il/folder/file.php [L,R=301,NC]


I try to do this too:



Redirect 301 http://www.domain.co.il/folder/file.php https://www.domain.co.il/folder/file.php


again without results.. hope I dont passing one of the forum rules. thanks.
