Processor not heating up,sometimes it beeps,and lastly not starting windows and stuck on booting up then...

My laptop is hp 520 business notebook....this happen when i updated some apps in my laptop then as usual it says restart yung computer s9 i restart it then black screen occured i cant boot it up because half of my keyboard is broken then the usb is disabled..what do you think might cause this??.....is black screen with boot up messages and beeping is normal?...please need help immediately
