Loading failed for the maps.googleapis.com in Firefox via HTTPS

i have checked other posts and stuff i could find which mostly were old entries about the problem i have but nothing helped me.
Cant share the url because its an customer project.
The Problem:
We have google maps implemented in the page. When the site is loaded everything looks good. Map is visible. But when i try to move the map or zoom, the additional map data wont be displayed:
The console show the message: Loading failed for script with source: https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/vt?pb=!1m4!1m3!1i8!2i135!3i80!1m4!1m3!1i8!2i136!3i80!1m4!1m3!1i8!2i ...
i can access the failed resource when requesting the url given in the error when opening it in separate tab. So the source is OK.
There are no new entries in the network tab when this happens, so the request doesn't even happen.
This problem only occurs when i open my site through https. The api is then also requested over https. And as mentioned, the initial load is working. Only the additional loading parts don't work.
When i open my page over http, the api is requested correct also over http but then everything works fine. No problem with loading new map parts.
In Chrome, Safari and Edge everything works fine. Its only in Firefox. Tried only in FF version 63.0.3 64-bit.
Additional information:
The protocol used with firefox is HTTP1 when accessing the page via http. When i use https the used protocol is HTTP2 with "X-Firefox-Spdy:h2" Header on the initial api requests.
Chrome shows SPDY as protocol.
I dont have any information to failed requests because they don't happen. It fails before.
I tried starting firefox in safe mode but it didn't changed anything.
So it seems plugins don't have anything to do with it.
I read also something about adding cert in the firefox setting but when i try this i got the massage that i dont need to it because its known.
Any hints are welcome.
Update:
intern.map = new google.maps.Map(intern.mapDiv, {
scrollwheel: false,
disableDefaultUI: false,
scaleControl: false,
zoomControl: true,
zoom: 16
});

No. You didn't get that. Please provide a Minimal, Complete, and Verifiable example that allows to reproduce the issue. What you provided in your edit is nowhere close to anything helpful. We don't know what OS you are using. We don't know what version of the API you are using. Shall I say more?

No. You didn't get that. Please provide a Minimal, Complete, and Verifiable example that allows to reproduce the issue. What you provided in your edit is nowhere close to anything helpful. We don't know what OS you are using. We don't know what version of the API you are using. Shall I say more?
