Issues with Crystal decisions Exception HRESULT OxC0100006

I've been trying to make a report in a company software, but when I try to make a report, I got this: "Exception HRESULT: OxC100006", and it closes immediately. I've searched in many websites, but I can't find enought about it, it seems be Crystal Decision issue.
