In GitLab, is it possible to add links project-wide, so I can reference them in any .md document in the source tree by their names?

# LINKS.md

[trello-dev](https://trello.com/my-team/dev-board)
[g-drive-it](https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/my-drive/my-team/it)

# README.md
.
.
Tasks: [Trello Development Board](trello-dev).
Files: [G-Drive IT](g-drive-it)
.
.

# CONTRIBUTING.md

.
.
## New merge request

1. Title - `*` stands for task ID in [Trello Development Board](trello-dev)
- `feature/DT-*`
- `hotfix/DT-*`
2. Description
- task link from [Trello Development Board](trello-dev)
.
.
