How to interpret matlab profile function peak memory and time

0

I am running a matlab program mc3c_20_5000000_1500 on ubuntu18.04 and I want to measure the time and memory usage of the software.

The code I used was

profile -memory on
mc3c_20_5000000_1500
profile viewer

Then I got the following table

Function NameCalls Total Time Self Time* Allocated Memory Freed Memory Self Memory Peak Memory
mc3c_20_5000000_1500 1 82058.078s 4336.740s 5329733.77Kb 6937225.45Kb -2360872.05KB 18014398505314134.00KB
KbclustAgg_Lmethod 2 37653.287s 87.196s 2056765.94Kb 2053051.36Kb -389104.67Kb 120959.52KB

Table
My computer has 128GB ram. But mc3c_20_5000000_1500 peak memory is 18014398505314134.00KB. Why is it like this? and do I have to add mc3c_20_5000000_1500 peak memory usage and KbclustAgg_Lmethod peak memory usage to get total peak memory? How about time?

Thank you.
