Disable multihreaded debugging ptvsd
I'm programing in python with vscode as IDE and also using the python extension ms-python.python. I've also installed ptvsd
So I recently thought it would be wise to upgrade VS-Code and ptvsd, and now I'm here.
This might not the biggest issue but after the upgrade when I debug, the debugger jumps around on all the threads.
Perhaps that's how it's suppose to behave but I wonder if I can disable that "feature".
So if I place a breakpoint somewhere in the code I should only continue to debug that thread. Now when I click on step it jumps between a bunch of files and displays what all the other threads is busy doing.

First, don't install your own copy of ptvsd unless you have an explicitly reason to; use the version included with the extension as that's what it is tested against. But in terms of not changing threads, there is no specific setting on the part of the debugger. Best option is to simply turn off threading in the code being debugged if possible.
