Nexpose service not available in Metasploit
I am using Kali Linux. I am trying to use Nexpose via Metasploit. I am new to penetration testing and I have followed the steps given below:
- Start the postgresql and metasploit service
- Load Nexpose
- Connect to the Nexpose using the command: nexpose_connect user:password@host:port ok.
It says,
connecting to Nexpose instance at 127.0.0.1:5432 with username..
and then abrupty stops saying,
Connection Failed:Action Failed:Nexpose service not available.
I don't understand the problem since Nexpose loads without error and i know the syntax and data for the connect command is correct. I am breaking my head here from referring through a bunch of docs but nothing works. Please help!
