Bitlocker Ask If I Agree

I turned Bitlocker on and it ask me a question I'm not sure about. I had to hit a function key that allows me or somebody to take control of C:/ drive. The way it was stated made it unclear whether they were talking about me or somebody other than me. I don't want anybody other than myself being able to access or control data on my PC but I agreed anyhow because I had just installed Windows 10 Pro and put in the product key, I have nothing on the drive at the moment other than Windows. I don't know much about how bitlocker works so I want to know if it wise to agree to that message?

It would be better to add to your post a screenshot or even a photo taken with your phone, so we can see the exact message.
