Samsung Notebook turns on, HDD light not active, Nothing on screen

I have a 2013 series 5 Samsung notebook. Model Samsung NP530UC
It has 4 lights as in this photo.
When I try to turn it on, only 2 lights keep showing: the 4th one / most right one (power), and battery (3rd one).
The 1st light just flashes for about 1 second, then turns right off. This is the HDD I believe.
WiFi light (2nd one won't turn on at all).
On screen I see nothing, not even Bios. This problem has happened before, and usually I just take a break and try again later, or play with connecting it to AC or not. but today these tricks won't work anymore.
I've been told that this might not be a HDD problem if I'm not seeing even the Bios. Therefore,is it a battery problem?
Back of notebook looks like this.
So I can't just pull out the battery. Not sure how it is structured.
Anyway, I've disconnected it from AC and let the notebook run out of battery, then pressed the on button for 30 seconds (I guess this is a method to "discharge" it), but it didn't do anything. When I connected it again, it simply won't start.
Any idea what to do? I will buy a new notebook soon, but until then, I want to both make a backup of my content, and also try to use the PC.

Please click on edit and advise the specific model number from the serial number plate on the underside of the notebook PC. Research shows there are many different models of that notebook.

This sounds very much like a battery issue. Try leaving the laptop on charge for a few hours (overnight) then seeing if it starts.

The data on your drive is most likely still OK, If the computer won't start you can open up the laptop, remove the drive and plug it into a different system to recover the data but it may not be bootable)

This laptop doesn't look to be very new. This problem might need a repair-shop.
