Blurry colored text hidpi windows 10

I've read a lot about HiDPI settings and how to get things to look nice ever since I got my first dell 4k laptop. Somehow I got things to work with the laptop and decided to buy a set of dell 27" 4k monitors. However I can't figure out why some text looks very blurry depending on the text color. Currently I have scaling set on 175%, 150% is the recommended scale (by windows 10). Given example clearly demonstrates my issue. Mostly I am seeing same issue with red tones of text color, but not all. The brighter the red the worse it gets.
I am running latest windows 10 update with a nvidia 750ti running on a latest drivers.
