How to reduce Java Eclipse's CPU Consumption? [closed]

I have been using Eclipse Java 2018-09 for a while now and it is consuming too much of CPU and I throttling the RAM at 100%. I have tried removing all the unnecessary extensions that I had initially installed. I also thought Google Chrome could be the culprit for my computer to slow down and disabled hardware acceleration. Then I open eclipse again and still see a CPU slowdown. Any suggestions are welcome. I would be happy to elaborate if warranted.

  • Its a 16B RAM, i7-7500 7th Gen Processor 2017 model. So its relatively newer for performance.

  • So....how much CPU is being used? And what exactly do you mean by throttling RAM at 100%?

  • CPU usage reaches 100% and my laptop starts heating up. When I mean throttling at 100%, the processor starts slowing down, as expected.
