Is it possible to take user's audio output from the sound card via Javascript

Hello I'have found a lot of information for getting the output of the mic or the camera with javascript. But how can I get the sound card output from the user's computer?

Not sure that it's possible to get the audio output. I think you can only get the audio input: developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Media_Streams_API/…
