Python numpy random array generation

I'm not familiar with python, but I have a task that I should implement using python. I have next limitations:

  1. max number of elements in array

  2. max value of element

  3. max number of modifying element in array (number of elements which values != 0)

  4. step (step that changes element value from 0 to max value)

The task is to generate all possible arrays with these restrictions.

  • It'd be good if you did some research / reading up about NumPy array manipulation. Just putting your question title into a search engine should already be a good starting point.

  • It's not very clear what you mean by all possible, or even the 4 constraints are odd for random numbers.
