XML XQUERY: Having problems to write xml Structure including all tags into one record csv file

I am currently struggling with the output of an xml structure into a flat file:

The requirement is to get some information using xquery from the XML into a "@" separated file.
In one "column" the complete record structure with all information including tags is requested. I am somehow able to extract the information but after each tag a line feed is being added.

While using the same xquery and displaying it (within the BaseX GUI I am using) no line feeds are shown.
I tried using
"write", "append", "serialize" etc., but somehow I seem to forget a special output option.

declare option output:method "text";
declare option output:item-separator "";
declare option output:omit-xml-declaration "no";
declare option output:indent "no";
declare option output:media-type "text/plain";
.... file:append($delFile1, ....)

Current Output (Contains Line feeds):
3959 @ "BLA, BLA" @ -0- @ "XYZ" @ "ABC" @ "BE" @ -0- @ "" @ @ -0- @@ "<entity id="4321" version="20170601140252">

<listCode>XY</listCode>
<entityType>03</entityType>
...

<sdf name="OtherInformation">Please refer to q.a.section.</sdf>
</entity>" @ -0- @ @ "LAZY"

Expected Result (ONE Row):

  • Can you show a minimal but complete XQuery sample allowing others to reproduce the problem?
