How can I center an equation according to Leftrightarrow? I would like the secondLeftrightarrow to be below the first.

I can't help but comment that ifLeftrightarrowis supposed to mean "if and only if", the statement in the first equatioin is incorrect:rcosvarphi=0is true if eithercosvarphi=0orr=0.
