Is there an option in excel, to automatically jumb to the other names if a name is already used in the same...

I am trying to make an excel format in which, column A represents the operation name say operation 1; column B represents the name of best efficient operator for the particular operation; column c represents the name of the second efficient operator for that operation; column D represents the name of the third efficient operator for that operation. My production line for an example has 10 operations and 10 operator respectively. What i actually need is, in column E i need to allocate the best suitable operator for the respective operation. So if i allocated an operator, say " jasmin" for operation 1. And for my operation 2 also she is the most capable in the factory, but i cant allocate her for the more than 1 operation. In this situation . if one name is operator is already allocated then the second best operator for that operation has to display in the column E. Experts kindly advice me as soon as possible.

How the data display in Column B,C,D? How can I know the operator is the most capable? Nmber or Text in Column B,C,D? You can try to give a sample table about your problem.
