Internet explorer 11 displaying blank page, until F12 is pressed

0

I have run into problem with one of our computers. For specific reasons in our company, some computers are allowed only to IE 11.

About 20 computers are fine, everything is handled by policies, but 1 computer just wont display 1 page from external provider. It displays just blank page.

Steps tried and outcomes:

  1. Adding site to compatible view. Yes. It works, until IE is closed and reopened. The site is still listed in compatible view, but it isn't showing again

  2. Restarting IE setting. No use.

  3. Pressing F12 to open developer tools. Yes, it help, page gets reloaded and then works. But it is temporary solution as for no. 1. And this isn't very sufficient solution from employee side.

The console doesn't show anything wrong either.

Did any of you ran into such a issue yet? We are out of ideas.
