How can I pull the dictionary data out of a USB-enabled portable dictionary?

0

The product in question is this: Seiko Instruments Pasorama

I contacted them about updated drivers but they are no longer supporting this line of portable English to Japanese, Japanese to English dictionaries. It has a function called Pasorama whereby connecting to the PC via USB, I can use the dictionary via a GUI that comes packaged.

My device only works on Windows 7 32-bit but I would like to use it on my Windows 10 64-bit so I don't have to restart into Windows 7 whenever I need to translate.

Someone advised me that writing a driver might be possible but difficult and that drivers are written in low-level languages which I am not very familiar with and would like to bypass if possible. Any advice is appreciated.
