Memory keep increase when using PHP of Zend Server 2018 to running scipt on command line

After install Zend Server 2018, I'm using PHP in /usr/local/zend/bin/php to run my import script. I try memory_get_usage() to check memory and the memory doesn't change on running. But memory of PC keep increase and kill process when reach max memory.
Any idea about this?
