Here is my text, and sorry, I've got carried away:
I was expecting a new book.
Oh, it is new. But when I opened the package, and looked inside, I thought, how come you've got the courage(?) to send me the book the way it is? It has strongly folded marks, three to be exactly. Isn't it supposed to be new? I think it's not the first time I buy from you, so, anyway, I deserve some respect? 'What I am supposed to do?'

Perhaps "strong fold marks"—but make sure to explain what you mean. Folded where? The cover? Internal pages? Don't say things like "I deserve respect" etc. Just state the facts and that you're not satisfied.

Use "clear fold marks" - strong is the wrong adjective here. Replace all the words from "I think" with "It's not the first time I've bought from you." Add your proposed solution, e.g. "I would like a credit towards my next purchase" or "Will you replace this book?"

T.K., you may not be aware that our other site English Language Learners is the best place to look for answers on English questions that a fluent speaker would find trivial. If you have a question for ELL, be sure to read their guidance on what you can ask. :-)
