Image Recognition for photo sharing website

Actually I am making a school project "PixelSpot" which is basically inspired by Flickr and Instagram. So, I was thinking about image recognition for user before they upload a photo on my database.
I got to know about Tensor Flow which can do classification of images which in return will give the information about photo after processing.
I am new to it so can anybody guide me.
