Possible to block specific AWS game servers to only allow connection to certain region? [closed]

So I'm located in Michigan and thus connect to the US-EAST AWS servers when gaming.

I get around 60 ping to the North Virginia servers and 30-40 ping to the Ohio servers.

This may be a stupid question but..
Is it possible to block all servers from North Virginia so that I do not connect to them when queuing?

I only want to connect to the Ohio servers. I know this will probably increase queue times if it is possible, but the difference is enough for me to at least want to try it.
