What's a word to use for people that you know but aren't super close to but also are not too distant
What's a word to use for people that you know but aren't super close to but also are not too distant, like a group of friends but they aren't really friendly nor mean (unless there's a survival situation, in which they will kill you or let you die). Like if you were crowded in a small boat and trying to not die, and everyone you know is in the boat and they throw people off when they need room, so it's like a betrayal for survival.
