"similar solutions on the c9 community(sic)" - SO what are those actual suggestions and what exactly have you tried? A question on StackOverflow is not a "chat". You need to show what you actually attempted, OR what is going to happen is someone will copy an answer from the first Google search result that comes up and claim it as their own. Show what you tried, and show why it does not work. Start with basics about allowing access to ports on the cloud9 instance.

You need to show what you actually attempted, OR what is going to happen is someone will copy an answer from the first Google search result that comes up and claim it as their own.
