redirect htaccess double rule

I need to redirect an old url to a new and then applicate the rule to get the good datas.
RewriteRule ^garde-chat-lyon-69000$ garde-animaux-lyon-1er-arrondissement-69001 [Next,R=301]
RewriteRule ^garde-animaux-([a-zA-Z-]+)-([0-9]{1})([a-zA-Z]+)-arrondissement-([0-9]{5})$ landing-pages/page-locale.php?type=cp&slug=$1-$2-$3&num=$4 [L,QSA]
I tried a lot of combination for N, R, L etc... but sometimes i have the good datas, with the wrong url (no change in url)
And sometimes I'm redirected on homepage (because i redirect all not found pages to homepage)
So what is wrong ?
