The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure at StartSendAuthResetSignal

0

I'm trying to send email from MVC application as notifications.
Emails that are sent from my account work fine, but when I change the mail settings to be send from the clients account I'm getting this error.

System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.
