In Word (Office 365), option to enter own correction in spell check is not available

0

When running spell check in previous versions of word, it was very easy to enter the correct spelling of a word if it was not one of the recommended words listed. You could then apply that change to all instances. I can't see how to do this in Word 2016 (through an Office 365 account).

In my document, "algo" has been found as an incorrect spelling and needs to be corrected to "algorithm". I know can do find/replace, but that will also replace "algo" within "algorithm". In the spell check process, how do I specify "algorithm" as the correct spelling for "algo" and then apply that correction to all "algo" words?
