Are .blk files containing video lossless? Do they have a standardized codec?

.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;
}

I have a few .blk files, and I want to convert them to something of equal quality. All variants I've tried so far degrade the quality, even if I enter a high bitrate in the quality settings.

Now I don't know if .blk is maybe just a container format, with all sorts of codecs/formats inside, so I'd be happy if someone could illuminate me.
