Make a Shortcut to C:Users Instead of a Shortcut to System Folder

Whenever i make a shortcut to "C:Users" or "Pin to Quick access", Windows automatically turns it into a System folder. I don't want to have the shortcut go to the system folder. I want to have it point to the folder "C:Users".
The reason for that, is that I have different view settings for the two, which means that the system folder is missing a few vital folders, which "C:Users" folder doesn't.
This is what I don't want to have a shortcut to:

(In case I didn't make myself clear, then this question here is the exact opposite of what I need.)

What was wrong with %userprofile% ?

@Tetsujin The problem with the %userprofile% is that it uses the system folder. My problem is that the system user folder doesn't show all the folders actually in my "C:Users" folder, for example, the pictures folder and documents folder aren't in the system folder.

@Tetsujin Mine doesn't since I have made some changes to the Registry for "ThisPCPolicy" and set it to "Hide", that way, when I open File Explorer and go to This PC, all the garbage folders don't show up, only the drives. I followed this guide: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/remove-the-folders-from-this-pc-windows-10.
