Oracle Database 11g hangs on windows 7 at step 19

I am trying to install oracle database 11g in windows 7 professional 32 bit. All the steps are okay but in the prerequisite checking after 100% check the UI hangs and even waiting for 1-2hrs doesn't work...I quit the process from task manager.I am really not getting why this problem is occurring cause no error message is being showed, it just hangs after 100% check of prerequisites.so I can't go for next steps.
My hardware configuration is 2GHz processor, 4GB RAM and I am installing database in my E drive, which has enough disc space.What should I do now?
Please anybody help.
