Crux: could not set interface up (RTL8723BE)

0

I set up a crux linux installation with the 4.19.9 kernel.

Linux pinetree 4.19.9 #2 SMP Sat Dec 15 07:13:29 CET 2018 x86_64 Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N3700 @ 1.60GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

I tried to use my WLAN, so this is my device

02:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8723BE PCIe Wireless Network Adapter

When I tried to start it with wpa_supplicant, I get this error:

bash-4.4# wpa_supplicant -B -i wlp2s0 -c /etc/wpa.conf
Successfully initialized wpa_supplicant
Could not set interface wlp2s0 flags (UP): Success
nl80211: Could not set interface 'wlp2s0' UP
nl80211: deinit ifname=wlp2s0 disabled_11b_rates=0
wlp2s0: Failed to initialize driver interface

I looked into it, I have compile the kernel with support for rtlwifi family devices.
The ip link infos look like this:

3: wlp2s0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 qdisc noop state DOWN mode DEFAULT group default qlen 1000
link/ether 54:8c:a0:f4:51:a5 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff

Do you have a hint for me how I get this device to work?
