what is the correct way of using with (multiple items)
There are two ways that i can write that down in my head:
1) To clarify, imagine a really big truck that would be filled first with products to deliver and secondly travellers.
2)To clarify, imagine a really big truck that would be filled with first products to deliver and secondly travellers.
Which one is ok to use?

Neither is correct as the sentences are currently written. But if the last part of each is rephrased, either first with or with first is just fine.
