what is the correct way of using with (multiple items)

There are two ways that i can write that down in my head:

1) To clarify, imagine a really big truck that would be filled first with products to deliver and secondly travellers.

2)To clarify, imagine a really big truck that would be filled with first products to deliver and secondly travellers.

Which one is ok to use?

  • Neither is correct as the sentences are currently written. But if the last part of each is rephrased, either first with or with first is just fine.
