Dying on the anniversary of your birth
There is a word that describes one who dies on the anniversary of his/her birth (or conception). I think it's called being "perfected". Is that correct?

Few people know the date of their conception. Dying on your birthday doesn’t sound particularly perfect to me – not only do you die, you also miss out on your birthday presents!
