Different stylesheet for each project for Atom

I want to make each project have a different color to quickly distinguish the projects without having to read the file path. I tried using Project Manager to make each project have a separate theme, but it's buggy. I'd prefer a solution that doesn't use Project Manager.
Is there a way to make each project's UI have a different color using Atom's styles.less?
