use php in html part of lavarel framework and angularJS

inside the sourcecode folder of my project i have a under common the folder for the controller - in one of this controller folder i have a .html, .cscc and .ts file.
The html file contains a fomular.
now i want to add a parameter given by URL to the form.
All my tries to include php inside this html file failed.
After re-compiling the code the php code is shown as normal text.
What i do wrong?

echo '<input type="text" name="PHPSESSID" value="'.$_GET['PHPSESSID'].'">';

test another way failed to because while re-compiling i get errors
{{-- echo"testtext"; --}}
