How to make 7-zip/winrar do a whole of files inside different folders in windows 10

So i'm using windows 10, i have many folders with different .jpg files inside, and i would like to have just the files inside the folders to be zipped or rared and the compressed file to stay inside the same folder, however i would like the compressed file to have the same name as the folder they are inside of. I know winrar gives that name by default. I have tried several of the options above and none of them worked for me.

enter image description here

In the picture example i hope i can show what i need, i have done it manually but i have over 3000 of them to do so a batch option would be great.
