iOS not play mp3 file by headers of PHP

I use below code for return audio file

if(file_exists($file)){
$mime = mime_content_type($file);

header('Pragma: no-cache');
header('Content-type: application/octet-stream');
header('Content-Disposition: attachment; filename='.basename($file.'');

header('Content-Length: '.filesize($file));
header('X-Accel-Redirect: /files/'.$file);
}
This code work on all devices, but on iOS device not work

Variables don't get parsed in single quotes.$file = 'folder/$file.mp3';they should be double quotes. I can't see this working as posted.
