Is a ThinkPad x230 Tablet (x230T) keyboard compatible with an x230?

-1

I have an x230. I need a new keyboard. I can buy a whole ThinkPad X230 Tablet for the price of an OEM x230. Their form factors are similar. Do they use the same keyboard?

Prefer hard proof, like FRU replacement numbers.

  • This replacement keyboard from newegg claims to be compatible with both the x230 and x230T. Not sure if that's the hard proof you're looking for but seems reasonably solid.
