Is anyone encounter this issue?



I tried:




  • Trying adb commands (only response i got "device emulator-5554 is offline")


  • Restarting adb


  • Killing adb from Task Manager


  • Deleting .android folder


  • Deleting Android Studio Emulator


  • Deleting Android Studio
