What is the difference between these two sentences (subjunctive mood)?
- If I have the money, I'll buy one.
- If I had the money, I'd buy one.
I think the second one is about the subjunctive mood but not sure about what the first one is about and what it means exactly.
Thank you.

I would rather receive the first one. It is because for the first one, the probability of the speaker buying the item would be higher.

The first sentence is an adverbial clause of condition and the second one is in subjunctive mood.
The first sentence shows a higher probability of the speaker buying the goods while the second one is more of a wish which might be hard to fulfil.
