Alternate usage of didn't you know
Consider this sentence..
Didn’t you know I was asleep?
Now if this sentence has to be put disrespectfully/too loose a manner/informally towards someone, can it be done like so..?
Didn’t your head tell I’m asleep..?

Apart from quirky contexts like My heart says Yes, but my head says No, we wouldn't normally use "head" as the subject of verbs like tell, say.
