Prestashop website shows ERROR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
I have a ancient prestashop website (labelleviebijou.site). After backuped with Softaculous and sucessfully restore using Softaculous to a new server (lingocards.website). On both server sides, I have same path /home/*****/public_html/same_folder
Following the prestashop site migration suggestion, I modified domain, domain_ssl to lingocards.website also physical_uri to same_folder in table shop_url. Also another table configuration.
When I try to connect to lingocards.website/same_folder I continuously have this error message, ERROR_CONNECTION_REFUSED and without any logs information from apache domlogs.
At the beginning of restoration, I got some error msg as:
(13)Permission denied: [client ...] AH00529: /home/****/public_html/same_folder/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable and that '/home/****/public_html/same_folder/' is executable
This error is fixed once I chmod 644 .htaccess and 755 /same_folder
Do you know what is the root cause of this msg ERROR_CONNECTION_REFUSED?
